I know what itβs like to spend years wondering why everyday life can feel harder than it seems for everyone else. I wasnβt diagnosed with ADHD until my early 40s. For much of my life, I saw struggles with focus, follow-through, and everyday demands as personal failings. Understanding my neurobiology gave me a new storyβone with more self-compassion and less self-blame. Working with an ADHD coach helped me turn that insight into practical change. Today, Iβm an ADHD and Executive Function Coach and ADHD Educator. I support adults, youth, and families navigating ADHD in building self-awareness, resilience, and more ease in daily life. I also train and mentor educators and school leaders, helping them better understand ADHD so they can support students effectively. What sets me apart is my training at ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), one of only two programs worldwide accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). My approach is practical, collaborative, strengths-focused, and compassionate. My coaching practice is rooted in neuroscience and incorporates parts work and trauma-informed somatic approaches. I help clients notice patterns, experiment with new strategies, and discover what works for them. Whether you're struggling, just getting by, or ready to grow, I know firsthand that meaningful change is possible when people feel supported in making sense of themselves. Everyone is wired to thrive!

I offer a 6 session 1-1 coaching package which comes with my own on-demand ADHD-specific wellness programme included. This is the ADHD Reset Package. As people come with different circumstances, I do offer a sliding scale on my rates from Β£55-Β£95 an hour. The lowest rate for students, carers, unemployed with basic resources, middle rate for those employed but with limited resources, to my full rate. I believe, and have seen in myself and my clients, that once we understand our brain better, learn to break down the challenges we face or the goals you want to achieve, become observant and non-judgemental of our thoughts and begin to reframe and be kind to ourselves, then everything starts to change. We can begin to view our reality differently, update our limiting beliefs and hold ourselves accountable. Embrace possibility!
