Zakia Shaikh

I'm Zakia, founder of NeuroPathways and a neuro-affirming coach with over 20 years' of experience supporting neurodivergent adults. I bring deep professional experience alongside a personal commitment to this work shaped by relationships close to me. I'm accredited in Executive Function & ADHD coaching.

I specialise in coaching adults and young people with ADHD, autism and other neurotypes, including AuDHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit: you may be newly diagnosed, awaiting assessment, self-identifying, or simply know your brain works differently, coaching can help.

I take an integrated approach, considering mind, body and nervous-system regulation while honouring the intersectional complexities of culture, identity, relationships, and context that shape each person's experience of neurodivergence. My coaching is evidence-informed, grounded in psychology, neuroscience and research on stress, regulation and wellbeing.

Together we can explore late diagnosis, masking, identity, and authenticity across different cultural and professional contexts. I support clients to understand their strengths, navigate challenges in ways that work for their brain, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they are. What I love most is seeing people move from self-doubt and frustration towards self-understanding, confidence and sustainable change.
