I'm an ADHD & Neurodiversity coach with a practical, strengths & person-centered approach. I combine directive coaching when you need practical tools and strategies with a more exploratory approach when you need space to understand yourself, your experiences and what really matters to you. I'm easygoing, relatable and authentic, I don't believe one size fits all and having ADHD myself, I understand how powerful it is to feel understood and find yourself again!
My aim? To help you understand how your brain works, work with it rather than against it and ultimately feel more in charge of your life. We might work on organisation, emotional regulation, burnout, confidence, relationships or just making everyday life feel more manageable. For me, the best part of coaching is seeing someone move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed, to understanding themselves & believing that life can work differently.
I bring mindfulness, gratitude and self-awareness into my work with practical strategies that can help you move from constantly being in survival or 'fight or flight' mode towards feeling more settled, capable and able to thrive. I help you find your strengths and use these to help you combat your challenges.
I've been a social worker for over 17 years so I also bring extensive experience of working with trauma and navigating complex personal and family situations. I work with both professional and personal goals and have also supported couples and families to help relationships.
