I’m an AuDHD ADHD specialist coach, neurodiversity trainer, speaker and disability rights advocate. I’m also multiply disabled and LGBTQ+, and my experience of living at the intersection of several marginalised identities informs how I work.
My coaching is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and strengths-based, with awareness as its foundation. I help clients understand what is happening across their nervous system, executive functioning, emotions, sensory experience, capacity and environment. From there, we identify needs, recognise strengths and build practical tools they can use when life throws something new at them.
My approach is psychoeducation-led, drawing on ADHD and neurodiversity research alongside tools from coaching, psychology and psychotherapy. This can include nervous-system regulation, the window of tolerance, executive functioning, emotional regulation, overwhelm, burnout and masking.
I support clients to unpick shame and internalised ableism, build a stronger sense of self, recognise needs they may have learned to dismiss, and become more confident advocating for themselves.
I work with the whole person. Disability, trauma, marginalisation, relationships, work and inaccessible systems all matter.
Sessions are active and flexible. I ask questions and create space for reflection, while also bringing knowledge, frameworks and practical tools into the room. I want clients to leave coaching better equipped to understand and support themselves independently.
