Becky Robinson

I'm an ADHD coach with both professional training and lived experience of ADHD. Like many of my clients, I wasn't diagnosed until adulthood, so I understand the range of emotions that can be experienced after receiving a diagnosis and the journey after. I'm also a parent carer to neurodivergent children, including children with ADHD.

Before setting up Clear Horizons ADHD Coaching & Training, I spent many years supporting and representing parent carers, alongside working in leadership and management roles. This has given me a strong understanding of balancing work, leadership, family life and personal wellbeing.

My coaching is person-centred, holistic and neuroaffirmative. I tailor every session to the individual, exploring how life experiences, emotions and nervous system states can influence day-to-day life.

Many of the people I work with are navigating a late ADHD diagnosis, workplace challenges, parenting a child with ADHD, burnout, or finding that perimenopause has amplified ADHD challenges. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you understand yourself, recognise your strengths and develop practical, sustainable ways to thrive.
