About Bari

You know what to do. So why is it still so hard to actually do it?

If you’ve ever wondered, “Why can everyone else seem to do this so much more easily than I can?” you’re not alone.

I’m an ADHD and Executive Function Coach. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 50, which means I spent decades believing I was lazy or just needed to try harder.

I wasn't and I didn’t.

I needed to understand why I kept getting stuck, and what actually helped.

One of the biggest misconceptions about ADHD is that we don’t know what to do.

Most of us do.

The challenge isn’t knowing what to do. It’s that your ADHD often takes over before you even realize it’s happening.

That’s one of the biggest things we work on together, learning to recognize those moments a little sooner. Because once you notice what’s happening, you have a choice. And that’s where change begins.

I work with bright, capable people who care deeply and know they’re capable of more, but can’t understand why they can’t consistently do the things that matter most to them.

You’re not broken, and I’m not here to fix you.

I’m here to help you understand yourself, trust yourself again, and build strategies that help you become the person you’ve always known you could be.
