I am experienced supporting neurodivergent adults, children, young people, and parents/carers. My coaching sessions provide a space where people can develop a better understanding of themselves, how their ADHD shows up, what they need, and the strengths they may not always recognise in themselves.
With clients taking the lead, together, we explore self-awareness, emotional regulation, limiting self-beliefs and self-acceptance, while finding practical strategies that feel right for them.
I understand what it can feel like to question who you are or not feel fully grounded in yourself. My goal is to help clients become their own coach so they can move through life’s transitions with self-trust, confidence, and the ability to embrace and advocate for their authentic self.
