Iβm a Certified ADHD Coach and Registered Nutritional Therapist, and I bring these two areas together to support adults and young people with ADHD. Coaching might focus on executive function, planning, routines, confidence or reducing overwhelm, alongside exploring how nutrition can support energy, focus and wellbeing. I have particular experience supporting students and young adults as they move towards greater independence, including the transition to university. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life (at 55) and I am also a parent of two neurodivergent adult sons.

Whilst the aim of my style of ADHD coaching is to use the "Executive Functioning Coaching Frameworkβ’", my approach flexibly changes from client to client depending on what support they are looking for and what phase of their ADHD journey they're in. My coaching also looks at the βwhyβ behind certain behaviours, which are usually coping mechanisms that have come from years of masking or constant attempts to make up for any deficits or criticism they may have faced.
